Support option for design offices

Klimor Air Designer

Klimor Air Designer is Klimor’s web-based air handling unit configuration and selection tool. Using the project data, it supports unit sizing, precise component selection and the preparation of consistent technical documentation.

Helvair can use this environment to turn a design office’s or installer’s requirements into an actionable Klimor selection that is easier to coordinate.

  • 01Unit configuration, sizing and optimisation
  • 02Component selection and definition of technical data
  • 03Results and drawings exportable as PDF, DXF 2D/3D and Revit/RVT subject to availability
  • 04A documented basis for design, coordination and quotation requests

Energy recovery

Klimor solutions can integrate counterflow, rotary, plate or glycol-based heat recovery systems according to project requirements.

  • High efficiency depending on configuration
  • Optional bypass and free cooling
  • Recovery matched to the climate, building and use
  • Reduced operational energy losses

Air quality & filtration

The range covers standard requirements and more sensitive environments, with adapted filtration, air distribution and hygienic levels.

  • ePM10, ePM1 or terminal filtration depending on the project
  • CO2, particle, VOC or humidity sensors depending on configuration
  • EVO-H hygienic solutions for sensitive areas
  • Controlled air distribution with dedicated components

Automation & supervision

Klimor units can be integrated into local control or building management systems depending on the options selected.

  • Touchscreens and calendar modes depending on the unit
  • Modbus, BACnet or Ethernet communication depending on configuration
  • Filter, alarm and operating parameter monitoring
  • Clear operation for the end user

Integration & maintenance

Selection is not limited to performance. Dimensions, maintenance access, acoustics, transport and installation all determine project success.

  • Floor-mounted, suspended, compact or rooftop configurations
  • Monoblock or multiblock construction according to constraints
  • Thermal Brake panels and corrosion protection depending on the range
  • Filter access, lighting and inspection windows depending on configuration
