This notice explains how Helvair Sàrl collects, uses and protects personal data relating to this website and project enquiries.

When you visit the website, the technical infrastructure may process your IP address, date and time, requested page, browser, device, referring page and security information.
When you use the form, we receive the information you enter: identity, company, contact details, building type, project stage and location, airflow, selected requirements, description, consent and any request for an email confirmation. We also process information sent directly by email or communicated during discussions about your project.
We use this data to operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, respond to your enquiry, assess the ventilation requirement, prepare initial guidance or a proposal, manage the business relationship and meet applicable obligations.
Helvair does not sell personal data and does not make automated decisions that produce legal effects for you.
Form enquiries are transmitted through FormSubmit, acting as a technical intermediary, to Helvair’s email service hosted by Infomaniak. FormSubmit also uses Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish people from automated submissions.
The website is delivered using OpenAI Sites hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare technical services. These providers may process technical data strictly as required for delivery, security and operation of the service.
Data is available to authorised persons at Helvair and to the technical providers named above only to the extent required for their tasks. Technical services may involve processing in Switzerland, the European Economic Area or other countries, particularly the United States. In such cases, Helvair uses providers and safeguards recognised under applicable law.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
A contact enquiry that does not lead to a business relationship is generally retained for no more than 24 months after the last exchange. If it leads to a proposal, contract or business relationship, relevant data is kept for the duration of that relationship and subsequently for the applicable statutory periods. Technical security data is retained for as long as required for operation and under the relevant providers’ policies.
Helvair does not currently use advertising or audience analytics tools on this website. Hosting, security services and reCAPTCHA may nevertheless use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for operation and abuse prevention.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion or delivery of your data, or object to certain processing. Send your request to info@helvair.swiss. We may reasonably verify your identity before responding.
Helvair applies appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. As no Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be risk-free, please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in the form.
